I’ve been keeping a secret… I’m plant based now! A few weeks ago I decided to switch to a plant based diet and I have been feeling so amazing since! A plant based diet doesn’t mean vegan, it just means focusing your meals around plants (vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and legumes) with having few or no animal protein. I have always felt like I would make this switch some day but wanted it to come naturally.
