The man accused of a fatal stabbing at the Capitol Hill light rail station in Seattle waived his first court appearance on Tuesday, but the judge found probable cause for seconddegree murder and ruled he will be held on $3 million bail.
The suspect allegedly stabbed the victim after a fight ensued at the station on Saturday. According to court documents, the fight started because the suspect didn't like the way the victim "brushed by him when walking down the escalator" at the light rail station.
