Repairing a ding on an EPS surfboard with epoxy resin. For my resin I used the Greenlight Surf Supply marine grade epoxy resin system with fast hardener. I used QCell to thicken the epoxy and fill the hole. I layered 2 patches of 6oz fiberglass and 1 patch of 4oz. I painted with acrylic paints and a black Posca paint pen. I added a final coat of epoxy resin to seal the paint. I wet sanded the repair up to 600 grit sandpaper.
Watch till the end to see my kids test ride the repaired board!
