It comes down to this for me. What are you replacing?
If you are replacing a notebook only, you can easily stick with the A6X.

I'm going to give you the most definite way to decide at the end of this video so stock around til the end.

Is that really something that you want to replace? A smartphone? Maybe sometimes. But the only one that could is the boox. Perhaps a small eink tablet and a feature phone is the way forwards.... or backwards, to a simpler time.

Do you want rid of your LCD or OLED screen, sucking up your attention all the time? Well both of these devices will let you organise your professional self well. Boox will give you the flexability to still use android apps.

Or maybe in fact you just need a small eink tablet to replace your diary and notebook for work. I could definitely see the A6X as an option. Supernote will feel like a filofax and, not much more, but it will do that in a lovely, elegant way. You'll feel like your moleskine planner has just had a microchip brain incerted! You can take notes, edit word documents, sort your calendar, do your email and read and annotate books, including kindles. That's more than enough for most professionals. What more could you want... What's that sorry... Play games, yeah ok, play games. You'd go with this one.

So look, why buy one of these two? Portability or price. If you've been considering going for an eink tablet then you were perhaps looking at one of the A5 devices, which are great, but then you either thought... "well those are too expensive" or you thought "I'd like to carry it in a jacket pocket, or in a handbag."

But then you might ask, are they big enough? And is the price difference to the A5 devices large enough. Well again, that depends. That's something I'll discuss in a later video.
