Super Easy Potatoes & Onion Stir Fry in Oyster Sauce 洋葱炒土豆
Ingredients:
Serves 3 4 pax

400g [14.1oz] potatoes (cut into cubes) soak them for 30 mins to remove some starch
150g [5.29 oz] red onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetarian or normal oyster sauce
1 tablespoon premium soy sauce
0.5 teaspoon sugar
120ml [4.06fl oz] water
A few dashes of white pepper
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
