170g Smooth Brussels pate with garlic.
30g salted butter.
Rapeseed oil/Canola oil.
Garlic and herb butter for the mushrooms.
Truffle oil.
Panko breadcrumbs.
Fresh finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
