Stretches For The Posterior Chain (Follow Along Routine)

If your hamstrings, glutes, calves or back are feeling pretty tight and need some TLC, then join me for this follow along stretch routine. In this video we perform stretches for the posterior chain that will only take 12 minutes to feel a huge difference. These posterior chain stretches can help alleviate lower back and/or hip stiffness.

Just like all of our other stretching routines on our channel, don’t force yourself into a position too deep, too soon. Focus on finding the perfect amount of stretch that you can feel relaxed with. Our bodies will slowly open up over time as the muscles start to lengthen.
