There is so much to talk about this week at Willows Green Permaculture! Among other things, learn how to make honey out of dandelion flowers, come and join me in the process! In last week's video, I spoke to you about all the good things you can do with dandelions, which are always guarranteed to grow, whether we want them to or not! But there's more! Come and find out how we use one of our compost areas as a straw bale garden in the summer and fall. I am going to be transplanting some of our onions into that garden and I will show you how we set it up and use it. You can also come along and find out how we plant our potatoes, learn one of the many ways we reduce or even eliminate wildlife foraging in our gardens, and you can find out how our seed broadcast garden and our garlic are doing. And finally, as always, you can finish off with a bit of relaxing music and beautiful scenes of the forest and the land coming to life!
