Hello Ladies & Gentlemen and as always, thank you for watching. Today, I received an urgent call to tow a semi truck and loaded trailer off the shoulder of the interstate with our Rotator #11, which is our Peterbilt 389X with a Miller Industries, Century 1150R. Ethan and Gavon bring out our traffic control unit #16 to help traffic SLOW DOWN MOVE OVER, as well as helping me with the hookup and towing prep. It may not seem like it, but a standard, everyday tow, such as this one, is one of the most dangerous parts of our job as towing & recovery operators due to traffic and inattentive drivers. The current U.S. statistics show one towing recovery operator struck every six days!!! That is higher than the number of police and fire struckbys combined. So, as I always ask, please SLOW DOWN MOVE OVER for ANY person or vehicle on the side of the road. You could be saving a life and not ruining yours!!! I hope you all enjoy this video!!!
