Pork (Loin) 300g
Chinese kale 300g (Kailan/Chinese Broccoli/ Gai Lan Choi)
❤ Seasoning for pork:
Garlic: 4 cloves
Thinsalted soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 0.5 tbsp
Shacha sauce: 1 tbsp
Rice wine first distillation: 0.5 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Sweet potato powder: 0.5 tbsp
Water: 3 tbsp
Salt: 0.5g (0.5 salt spoons)
McCormick Grill Mate: 1.5 salt spoons
❤For Blanching Chinese Kale:
Water: 1200cc
Salt: 0.5g (0.5 salt spoons)
Oil: 10cc
❤For Stirfrying Pork:
Oil: 30cc
Thinsalted soy sauce: 0.5 tbsp
❤Main tools:
Stainless steel Chinese wok or nonstick pan (to stirfry pork)
Stainless steel Chinese wok (for blanching Chinese Kale)
