Like I said in the video, the owner had a hard time keeping this machine running. The carb was in need of a cleaning and rebuild BUT the air filter was clogged. In the video you can hear the engine performance go way down and that was after I used compressed air to clean the filter. I did all the usual stuff including burning out the spark arrester. Moral of the story is just because it looks good doesn't mean it is. Check it, replace it and save some $$$ by replacing the air filter.
