Hi all! Stef here, bringing you the 1st workout of my Y.E.S. fitness program. Do any of the Y.E.S. resistance bands workouts 3 times each week, along with 2 1/2 hrs/week moderateintensity cardio exercise, and after 8 weeks, you’ll be feeling Younger, more Energized, and Stronger… YES!

I designed this program for exercise beginners, active seniors, and also anyone just getting back into exercise after a break. Hope you'll give it a try!
