材料: Ingredients:
一条 白鲳鱼 1 White pomfret
少许盐 dash of salt
少许 胡椒粉 dash of white pepper
1 根葱 1 green onion
6~8片 姜片 6~8 slices ginger
少许咸菜 dash of pickle
2~3粒 酸梅 2~3 Sour Plum
一汤匙酸梅汁 1 tbsp Plum juice
1粒 番茄 1 pcs tomato
3朵 香菇 3 mushrooms
2~3 汤匙 姜丝 2~3 Shredded ginger
一块水豆腐 1 blocks soft tofu
一条 红辣椒 1 red chili
少许 芫茜 / 香菜 dash of coriander / Chinese parsley
一汤匙 鱼露 1 tbsp fish sauce
1 茶匙 芝麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
2 汤匙 花雕酒 2 tbsp Huadiao wine

大火蒸煮8分钟 Steam for 8 minutes on high heat
