This is an awesome steak to try on your griddle! The flat iron comes from the shoulder of the steer which usually means a tougher cut of meat. This particular shoulder cut however is amazingly tender and flavorful! It tastes far better than you can imagine an $8 steak would. Try it out and leave a comment, do you think it taste like an $8 steak?

Note: The steaks were on the med rare side, if you want medium cook them to a higher temp.
