Leaked video shows 19yearold Starbucks barista and shift supervisor Laila Dalton being aggressively disciplined by a manager at her store in Phoenix.

Laila, who had taken a lead role organizing a union at her store, was fired on April 4, 2022, after months of harassment by Starbucks. The National Labor Relations Board has issued a formal complaint against Starbucks for its retaliatory punishments toward her.
