A United Airlines Boeing 737924(ER) registration N63890, performing flight UAL1215 from Newark Liberty International Airport (KEWR) to Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (KLAS) after departure reported flight control issue, requested to stop climb at 4000 feet and decided to return back to the airport of departure. Later the flight crew declared an emergency and reported stabilizer trim inoperative.
