Srikanth Bolla is the Chairman of Bollant Industries Private Limited, established with the mission of overcoming employment barriers for over a hundred million physically and mentally challenged individuals. Srikanth also serves as a Director of the nonprofit organization Surge Impact Foundation, dedicated to identifying and nurturing entrepreneurs for India's development. As the first international blind student at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, he excelled not only academically but also in nationallevel blind cricket, international chess, and various other sporting events such as baseball and swimming.
