It’s time to grill and it’s time to chill. Today we are doing both (yes, it’s possible!) by making Tangy, Spicy Grilled Ribs. They’re spiced and smoky, tender and fall aparty, delightfully charred (on purpose!), and, best of all, they are the ultimate doahead for maximum chilling (before the grilling). We’re also making a Grilled Zucchini Salad with Garlic and Dill. In the unlikely event you’re out of zucchini, the dressing works well on any grilled vegetable, but broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage would be the best bets. And last but certainly not least, there will of course be...hot dogs. What’s grilling and chilling without 100% all beef franks?
