Chicken feet are commonly sold as a street food. It is cooked inadobo style and then skewered in a bamboo stick. This is grilled over charcoal and then soaked in a spicy vinegar dip.

chicken feet, oyster sauce, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, green onion or scallion, cornstarch, sugar, salted black beans, red pepper flakes or crushed red pepper, cooking oil, and water
