1. This longan pudding is not resilient (easily break). If you want it to be resilient and springy, replace 35 grams of agaragar powder with konnyaku jelly powder or instant jelly powder. 1.这个龙眼布丁没有弹性容易破。如果你想让它有弹性可以用魔芋果冻粉"konnyaku"或速溶果冻粉代替35克燕菜粉。
