This electric heater white noise is very soothing and is one of my favourite sleep sounds. In the this video the fan heater sound is layered with the dehumidifier sound from one of my previous video. The combination creates a very relaxing white noise to help you fall asleep.

ℹ Tips for a good night sleep
* Keep regular sleep hours if possible go to bed at roughly the same time, this will programme your body to sleep better.

* Restful sleeping environment your bedroom should be a peaceful place that helps you to fall (and stay) asleep. You can achieve this by controlling the temperature, lighting and noise level.

* Comfortable Bed if your mattress is too hard or too soft it will be difficult to get restful sleep.

* Caffeine intake cut down on caffeine in tea, coffee and energy drinks especially in the evenings. Caffeine disrupts the process of falling asleep and prevents deep sleep. Instead of caffeine, have herbal tea or a warm milky drink.


I personally record all my video and audio. Currently videos are recorded using an iPhone 12 Pro max, which is then edited on an iPad Pro using LumaFusion.These videos may appear simple but they normally take me at least one day to record and edit before uploading to YouTube.
