A little over a week after setting up an encampment in a Seattle city park, a group of migrants are being moved back to a hotel Monday afternoon.

The migrants, most from the Democratic Republic of Congo, began breaking down their tents and gathering their belongings in the park around 4:00 p.m.

The funding source for the hotel stay isn’t clear, but the city of Seattle mayor’s office told KOMO News officials have been working on the migrant encampment since it started last month.
