IF YOU LIVE IN THE US OR OTHER COUNTRIES: you can use Instant Dry Yeast without activate it (as you can see in the video). If you use the American Active Dry Yeast, you need to activate it.
Consider that every Country has different type of yeasts: my Italian Active Dry Yeast doesn't need to be activated.
