Soft u0026 Fluffy Vegan Millet Buns / Gluten-Free Oil-Free Wheat-Free u0026 Yeast-Free

These Millet buns are WFPB, Oil & Gluten Free but taste incredible and have that soft fluffy texture we want! If you love bread and want to eat more whole foods you HAVE to try it, it literally blew my mind!

Millet Bread
Dry:
2.5 cups millet flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp ground flax
Wet:
1/3 cup psyllium husk
25 cups water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup

Sesame seeds for sprinkling (optional)

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet in another (let sit for 5mins). Mix together and form into buns. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes!
