Filling:
400 g dry poppy seeds
180 g sugar + 100 ml water
100 g nuts, 100 g raisins
1 tbsp. starch (15 g)
1 large apple (220 g)
2 egg whites, vanilla

50 g margarine/butter
50 g sugar + 80 g flour
