A quick tour of the legendary Snow's Barbecue in Lexington, Texas. Snow's is only open one day a week on Saturdays and by the time we arrived at 7:30am the line was already half an hour long. The lady in Red is Tootsie Tomanetz (Ms. Tootsie) a legendary Texas Pit Master. Snows Barbecue was rated the #1 BBQ in Texas by Texas Monthly Magizine in 2008 and has also been inducted into the Barbecue Hall Of Fame. Tootsie was also nominated for the James Beard Best Chef of the Southwest Award.
