How to use new animated filters:
Must have the iphone 5s, 6 and 6+ and latest android phone.
(these are the only CONFIRMED devices the update works on at the moment)
make sure app is updated to version 9.15.0.0
turn on face cam
before taking a picture, look directly straight into the camera (no angles!)
have good lighting. the more light, the better!
tap and HOLD on your face with your finger
keep holding for at least 46 seconds until menu pops up on the bottom right.
pick your filter and tap your face so camera can scan your face for the animated filter to work (Look straight into the camera. will not work/scan properly if you have camera at an angle)
Follow on screen instructions ex. Raise eyebrows or Open Mouth
Enjoy!
does not work on nudes so don't do it. haha

Note: I can only confirm this update works for iPhone 5s and above users running iOS9. anyone with a galaxy/andriod etc that supports snapchat can confirm it works for those phone?
