SnakeAWay is an effective, easytouse granular repellent that is designed to prevent venomous and nonvenomous snakes from invading treated properties.

Before applying SnakeAWay granules to prevent snakes from invading, it’s important to put on the proper personal protective equipment, or PPE, you need to protect yourself. While gloves are a must, we also recommend you wear long pants, closedtoe shoes, long sleeves, and a mask to protect your skin, face, and respiratory system.

Wearing gloves, create thick bands of SnakeAWay around the areas you want to protect. You can apply SnakeAWay outdoors around places like houses, cabins, trailers, garages, barns, woodpiles, sand piles, trash cans, and flower beds. Do not apply SnakeAWay to gardens or fields of crops grown for food or feed, and do not apply directly to water or to areas where surface water is present as this product is toxic to fish.

To repel nonvenomous snakes, like garter snakes, the band you create should be 4 to 5 inches wide. To repel venomous snakes, like rattlesnakes, you’ll need to create bands that are 8 to 12 inches wide. In lawns and flowerbeds, you can lightly sprinkle granules within the area.
