The 4200 acre Martin family farm in Saskatchewan produces a number of grains and oilseeds every year. One of the more popular crops is barley. The family has developed a snack food product that is being made with barley flour from their farm. They use 2row hulless barley to make what is marketing as "Martins Munchies" which at the time of our visit was being distributed through health food stores in western Canada.
