berry mango smoothie
about 1 cup packed leafy greens(I usually use a blend of kale collards and lettuce)
1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup frozen mango (use more if you want it to be sweeter)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 carrot chopped
3 broccoli florets
to blend it up use about 1 to 2 cups water depending how thick you want it
blueberry muffin smoothie
handful of greens
1 cup wild frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 tbsp hemp
1 tbsp almond butter (forgot to add in the video)
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
dash of cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
optional I add mixed mushroom powder plus ashwaganda
