Smoking some Rancher Ribeyes

So for todays episode I am kind of smoking // reverser searing a Ribeye. All I used for seasoning was some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I smoked the ribeye's until they were around 140 internal temp and then I seared them directly over the fire.

Things I would have done differently, maybe smoke them at a lower temp so I could smoke them longer. I think I had too much coal. But these steaks came out phenomenal!
