Smashin Cajun Butter Garlic Seafood Boil!!

Sea food boil
Ingredients:
1 pound of Shrimp
1pound of Crab legs
8 Red potatoes cut in halves
6 halves of Corn on the cob
1 package of Polish hot or beef Sausages
6 boiled Eggs
18 cloves of Garlic
6 sticks of Kerry gold Butter
1 or 2 Shallots

Instructions:
Boil 8 cups of water in a huge pot.
While water is boiling, Cut potatoes in halves. Cut sausages up and cut the corn on the cob in halves. Then mince your garlic and shallots.

Cajun butter:
Gather your seasonings
1 Tbsp of old bay seasoning
1 Tbsp of slap ya mama seasoning
1 Tbsp of onion powder
1 Tbsp of Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp of garlic salt
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 squeezed lemon juice

Melt 1 stick of butter in a sauce pan on medium low heat. Once melted add your garlic and shallots in and allow to sweat for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add 5 more sticks of microwave melted butter to your sauce. Stir and allow to simmer for 2 minutes then skim the top fat off of your butter with a slotted spoon. Once you skimmed the excess fat off, add your seasonings and taste and adjust to your liking. Once butter is done set aside until ready to use.

Boiled Water seasoning:
Gather your seasonings
2 packets of sazon seasoning
2 Tablespoons of old bay seasoning
2 Tbsp of Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp of onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp of slap ya mama seasoning
1 Tsp of paprika

Add your seasonings in your boiled water. Or you could use 1 package of store bought Louisiana crawfish shrimp and crab boil seasoning. Your preference. I like to season my water myself. First boil your eggs for 6 minutes. Then remove and set in iced cold water to make it easier for the shell to be removed. After eggs have set for about 5 minutes in the iced water, peel the shell off and then transfer your boiled eggs to your Cajun butter sauce to marinate while you cook the rest of your ingredients. Then add your potatoes to the seasoned water and boil for 10 minutes or until tender. Then add your corn and boil for 5 minutes. Then add your shrimp and boil for 3 minutes or until pink. Then add your crab legs and boil for 5 minutes. Sauté your sausages in a pan on medium high heat until browned the way you like. Once all ingredients are done, Throw everything in a bag and pour your Cajun butter sauce on top. Shake it up then You can serve it in the bag or in a pan like I did. Enjoy!
