This modular/prefab home is customizable and is built to state code! The house we are touring today is a “off frame modular.” The manufacturer for this house is Redman Homes. The model for this home is the “Willow Creek.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,387(heated & cooled) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video!
