Join me for a walk along Eype beach, in Dorset, on a bitterly cold, but beautiful, calm and bright January day.
Slow TV isn't for everyone nothing is scripted here no narration or music nothing much happens, and certainly not on purpose, but that's OK there are no sudden loud noises in this video and no midroll ads. Mostly you will just hear the crashing of the waves and the crunch of shingle beneath my feet and occasional other natural sounds. You may also occasionally hear the sounds of Eva barking at rocks, oh, and a helicopter; enjoy this bracing walk with me, by the waves, along the crunchy gravel.
