After three years of building our bus, we were stoked to finally make it to Skooliepalooza in 2021! It was inspiring to see so many selfconverted skoolies in one location. It was even more awesome to spend time with such amazing people! About Us:

Hi! We are Mike & Kerry, the proud owners of a 1992 Bluebird rear engine (pusher), 40' school bus! We named her Bussy McBusface in honor of the RRS Boaty McBoatface travesty!
We're building a TinyHomeinaBus for fulltime living in the most adventurefriendly way possible! In other words, Bussy will not be parked in our driveway, waiting for weekend or holiday getaways... when we finish the build, we'll be packing everything we're keeping into the bus and driving away from this old house forever!
We plan to be boondocking the majority of the time, so you'll see that reflected in our choices throughout the build (100 gallon water tank, composting toilet, solar power system, etc).
