INGREDIENTS
7 oz (200 g) dried rice vermicelli noodles
Sauce
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Stir Fry
2 tablespoons peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1/2 onion (or 2 shallot), sliced
8 oz (225 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 oz (225 g) Chinese char siu pork (or ground pork)
1 carrot, julienned
2 peppers of your choice (or 1 bell pepper), thinly sliced
