Ingredients:
9 inch pan used in the video

1 3/4 Cups of all purpose flour (220g)
2 Cups of granulated Sugar (400g)
3/4 Cup of Unsweetened cocoa powder (75g)
1 1/2 tsps of baking powder
1 1/2 tsps of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
2 tsps of vanilla extract
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup of vegetable oil (118ml/g)
1 Cup whole milk (Regular milk) (236ml/g)
1 Cup of HOT regular coffee or you can use one cup of boiling water (236ml/g)

Bake if 350F/180C for 60 minutes..or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Baking time might change according to different ovens
