Shy bladder: My 7 hour flight plane journey
The last time I was on a plane my shy bladder was pretty bad. I wouldn't even attempt to use the toilet on my last flight. Since then though my paruresis isn't that bad. I still had to persevere though. You have to be willing to fail in order to succeed.
