In this video I show the difference between bleach, hilift, and regular permanent hair color. This should help you to determine which product will be the best option for lightening your hair. I used two different hair samples for each test, one that is a level 7 and one that is a level 5. Each hair swatch is made with virgin (noncolor treated) human hair. It’s important to keep in mind that hi lift and permanent color WILL NOT lighten through previous colored hair.
