Rather than spend all my time in developing profit and loss statements, excel spreadsheets I figured I'd just take to social media and hear what business YOU are interested in.

2020 will go down as the ONLY year I haven't bought property since I started actively buying real estate. It's my goal to buy a property or two in 2021 and document the process for everyone just how easy it is to start a business from scratch, and HOPEFULLY do it with as little money as possible.

My top recommendations have been gas stations, more laundromats, more vending machines or even a vending machine route, a restaurant, storage lockers, self serve car washes, do some drop shopping/FBA/Ecommerce, or just more real estate videos from the ground up.
