In this video I take you along with me as I figure out how to disassemble a Shimano Nexus 3speed hub. I clean the hub, relubricate it with Royal Purple 75W90 gear oil, reassemble the hub, and adjust the bearings.

This is a 3speed hub mated to a Gates Carbon belt drivetrain, but I think that the procedure would be similar for any Nexus or Alfine hub.
