Shepherds pie

Shepherds pie is one of those comfort meals that makes you wanna take a nap right after you eat it and it’s so easy to make. With delicious creamy mashed potatoes and cheese on top then baked until golden who can resist


——Ingredients——
Mashed potatoes⬇
4 to 5 pounds of potatoes(peel,dice,boil until fork tender)
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 cups of warm milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Meat filling
2 pounds of ground beef
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
3 stalks of celery
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 bag of frozen peas and carrots
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 packet of brown gravy mix
1/2 cup of beef or chicken broth
shredded cheese for the top

—oven temperature 375° for 35 to 40 minutes
