We spent our first night ever in our new 2021 Thor Gemini 23TW aka shakedown camping. You do this to learn your rig and to make sure everything works as it should. The good this for us being RV rookies is that our dealership, MHSRV, has a shakedown campground on site. We tested everything out from driving it, sleeping in it, taking a shower and cooking a meal. Lucky for us, all was good and we were ready to drive our new beauty home!

It was such a fun experience driving our new rig home!! We were like two kids on Christmas morning with a new toy! And just for fun, we made a stop at Bucees... to look around and $73 later we left the store. This place is dangerous! But we had an awesome brisket sandwich lunch and beef jerky, boudain and fudge for later. Once we made it home, we had the boys give it their stamp of approval and we welcomed the Gemini into the EECC Travels family!
