SERIOUS 4th Gen: The Underrated Camaro?- One Take

TURN CC ON
The 4th gen Camaro, built from 1993 to 2002, is often overlooked for handling jobs, because the focus is always on the engines. Like every Camaro it had 2 doors, 4 seats, and could be bought with a number of engines, from 3.4L V6 to the 5.7L LS1. While the Camaro's LT1 and LT4 engines could be spruced up to make some good torque, the LS1 was the beginning of GM's legendary engine line.

However, with a wheelbase of 101" and a curb weight around 3,300lbs, this car has a lot of cornering potential that people don't know about. To learn just how much, Heidts suspension brought out their 1999 Camaro that has all the trimmings, from a built engine to full crossmembers and IRS.
