A home that has been in disrepair for nearly 13 years has one month to clean up the property or tear it down. It's been deemed a nuisance home in Seminole County. FOX 35's Marie Edinger looked into how this process works, what the homeowners are responsible for, and when the county can come in and condemn a home, tear it down, and sell it while recouping the costs.
