In this video I spend a bit of time discussing whether it is best to chit seeds or not to chit seeds. I have chitted rather a lot of seeds this year as a way of seeing if the seed is viable.
I then head into the front garden where I fertilise my fruit bushes with chicken manure pellets along with fertilising my fruit trees on which I used bonemeal and a top dressing of fresh compost. Whilst in the front garden I also deadhead my tulips and daffodils.
I move on to sorting out my grapevine where I need to fix some wires to the garden posts and then move a couple of my grapevine branches down to the lower levels as the vines are invading my neighbours garden.
I also repot my blueberry plants into bigger containers and mulch them with fresh compost and some fish, blood and bone. I also mulch my raspberry plants too. Hopefully the soft fruit will grow well again this year.
Here are a couple of video you may like to watch of other Jons I have completed in the garden this year.
