In this video, we're headed up to Pittsburgh for the holidays. Along the way, we stop in our favorite place, West Virginia, for a few days of winter camping and checking out some little known secret spots near America's newest national park, New River Gorge National Park in Fayetteville, WV.

We stayed at The Outpost campground and we were the only RV campers there! It was the perfect home base for us situated close to all the activities and amenities of NRG and Fayetteville. It even has a hiking trail that leads to the New River Gorge Bridge!

We hiked in the New River Gorge National Park, checked out the Bridge welcome center, walked along the world class rapids of the New River and explored an abandoned coal mine town (Nuttallburg) that's been on our bucket list.
