So Friday afernoon, I heard a knock on the door and there was this little kid out there.. I answered the door and said, what's your name? "My name is Malaki" was his response... He said his dad was at the end of the drive and wanted me to head over.. Finally. Delivery day for my Workhorse 1975w!!

While Malaki played with lizards in the yard, we unloaded the 1975 and inside 3 minutes we were through the grass, over the garden pavers, and onto the backyard patio. Those wagons wheels already came in handy!! Afterward Malaki and his dad took a quick pic of me next to the new pit and headed off for Tampa to make another delivery. Thanks for the painless delivery guys!

There isn't a whole lot of information or video's online for these pits, so I thought I'd share my experiences putting one to work. This was a quick video thrown together with no music or audio really.. Just wanted to get it out there.. If the video gains interest, I'll continue adding episodes focusing on different cooks and how the pit handles them, while also spending some time talking about the unique aspects of the Workhorse cookers.
