材料
蝦肉半斤
雞蛋5隻
蔥1棵

處理
1. 將蝦去殼挑出蝦腸沖洗乾淨用廚紙索乾。
2. 用少許鹽乸一乸蝦仁。
3. 切好蔥粒。
4. 打勻雞蛋。

烹調
1. 放3湯匙油落鑊燒熱。
2. 放蝦仁落去走油煎熟了的蝦撈起放入蛋漿。
3. 鑊中的油要再次開中火燒熱。
4. 放蝦及蛋漿落鑊熄火從底推上面。
5. 再開火又熄火從底推上面上碟。

Scrambled eggs with prawns

Ingredients:
Shrimp meat 1/2 catty
Eggs 5 Nos.
Green onion 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Remove the shells and intestines of the prawns.

Steps:
