In this video, I walk through the entire process that I used to make a large boat leaning post using only fiberglass laminated honeycomb composite panels and PVC trim. You can use this process to build almost anything that you need for your boat restoration project including a center console, steps, fish box, or anything you can think of. The final piece is SUPER lightweight probably less than 20lbs total! I used a combination of epoxy adhesive and polyester resins to complete this project.

Something I didn't show in the video, but I also added 1708 tabbing to the inside corners after everything was tacked together.
